School Accountability Report Card
Bixby is a TK-5 school located in the base of Hacienda Heights in the San Gabriel Valley. Bixby Elementary serves 250 students in grades TK through Five. Bixby provides its students an excellent educational program in line with Common Core State Standard that includes access to 21st Century learning skills and technology. At Bixby, the staff and administration are dedicated to ensuring that students are educated in a safe and nurturing school environment.

Bixby Elementary School has a highly qualified staff is committed to providing a quality education with an emphasis on academic success and student self esteem. We aim to provide all students with a positive, safe, and challenging learning environment empowering them to become life long learners who value themselves and others.
Vision
Bixby Elementary School is committed to the development of each student to his or her full potential, both as an individual and as a member of society. To fulfill this commitment, we will provide our students with the educational and social skills that enable each student to make choices, solve problems, and achieve the levels of independence, cooperation, and responsibility necessary to become contributing members of their school, home, and community. We will provide students with enriching experiences in a challenging, inclusive educational environment that focuses on each child’s needs. We use technology to assist in academic success by integrating technology in the classroom to support existing practices.Additionally, we fully recognize the need and importance of community within the school and we will work diligently to instill a sense of community pride in each individual.
